Today I Learnt about hauora and I four parts that make it up
My Physical wellbeing is in petty good condition, and my body is looking good
The things that I do well to look after my taha tinana is by Walking everyday
The things that I could do better for my physical well being can be doing stuff to get fit
The Dimension is one of the 4 Dimension that I don't need to work on is my mental well being
