food 11/9/17

1.  because you mixing it all together and if you get it wrong like science you cant use it
2. if you fold it to much it wont work


ANZAC BISCUITS

Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup flour
½ cup sugar
½ cup coconut
½ teaspoon baking soda
1T golden syrup
50g butter

Method

  1. Put all dry ingredients into a bowl and mix
  2. Melt butter and Golden Syrup in a bowl in the microwave for 20 seconds
  3. Combine ingredients until the mixture is able to be rolled together. If too dry add a teaspoon of water to help.
  4. Roll into small teaspoon size balls and flatten with a fork.
  5. Bake on 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until brown.
  6. Leave on tray until cool.
